Lemon Olive Oil Dark Chocolate Bar by Ocelot. A stunningly smooth and fragrant dark chocolate bar generously infused with Puglian lemon olive oil. The oil is made at a family mill where they stone-grind whole fresh organic lemoms along with the olives at harvest time, resulting in a perfumed, grass-green elixir that elevates our 70% dark chocolate to another level of deliciousness. The cocoa beans used to make this chocolate are grown organically by a regenerative cooperative in the forests of Virunga National Park in Eastern Congo.

Ingredients: Organic cacao mass, organic raw cane sugar, organic cacao butter, organic lemon olive oil (Italian extra virgin olive oil (4%). Cacao solids: 70% minimum. May contain traces of milk, tree nuts, peanuts, seeds (including sesame seeds & mustard seeds), soya, cereals (gluten), eggs and celery.
