All Mini Rodini UV swimwear are made from ECONYL regenerated nylon. This is a fiber made from nylon waste that would otherwise be polluting the Earth, like fishing nets, fabric scraps, carpet flooring and industrial plastic rescued from all over the world. Through a radical regeneration and purification process, the nylon waste is recycled right back to its original purity. That means that ECONYL regenerated nylon has exactly the same quality and properties as fossil-based nylon.

UPF (ultraviolet protection factor) corresponds to SPF (sun protection factor) that is used in sunscreen to protect from harmful UV radiation. Sun exposure can cause skin damage. Only covered areas are protected. The protection of this garment may be reduced with use, if stretched or when wet.”
