Monika Forsberg is a Swedish illustrator and animator based in North London. She studied art and filmmaking at the RCA. Her work is a quirky explosion of colour and humour, sometimes she likes to be ‘silly’ but her work is always seriously bold. Using pen, paper and paint her work is a fusion of everyday observation and fantasy. For this collection she used a mixture of marker and ink brush pens, watercolour pencils, a bit of gouache and surgical scissors.
